The Pyramids of Giza

Egyptian Pyramids are one of the seven wonders which built by Pharaohs to be their tombs and they put their Properties inside pyramids such as gold objects, foods ,tools and furniture. and that is because they believed in resurrection and immortality after death and they will need this  stuff when the soul come to the body
The Great Pyramid of  Khufu. How the Great Pyramid was built
Herodotus said that it would have taken 30 years and 100,000 slaves to have built it  another theory is that it was built by cancellation of gravity when they moved the stone by transmitting  vibrations of a sound to facilitate the lifting process

The Great Pyramid would have taken  2,300,000 blocks of stone with an average weight of 2.5 tons each and a height of 140 m it is the largest Pyramids of Giza
second one is Pyramid of Khafre but it is shorter than Pyramid of Khufu   a height of 136 m and a base length of 215.5 m but it sits on bedrock      10 m  higher than Khufu’s pyramid which makes it appear to be taller
the third is pyramid of Menkaure a height of 65 m and a base length of 105 m, it stands in alignment with its larger neighbours
the pyramids of Giza are perhaps the only true rival to the Great Sphinx when we think of ancient Egyptian and their architecture
unfortunately the Pyramids of Menkaure, Khufu, and Kafre were not finished by the end of each respective king's reign
the Pyramids and Great Sphinx in Giza are truly fabulous to see
sound and light show in pyramids
