Ahmose was a pharaoh of ancient Egypt and the founder of the Eighteenth dynasty ,born in city Nkhb he is the son of pharaoh Tao II seqenenre and Queen Ahhotep and brother of the last pharaoh of the Seventeenth dynasty, King Kamose.
Ahmose expelled the Hyksos out of the country.his father Tao II seqenenre started the war against the Hyksos when he had died , king Kamose continued the war and expelled Hyksos from Upper Egypt . after that Ahmose expelled them out of the country .after they judged Egypt for 4 centuries .Ahmose trained its people so that they become competent soldiers , and he used Chariots for the first time ( which used by the Hyksos) , and developed some of the weapons , such as Dart equipped with a piece of iron and other .after he expelled the Hyksos.
Ahmose turned his attention to domestic affairs, which was ruined during the occupation of the Hyksos, he fixed the tax system and reopen the trade routes and repair canals and irrigation system.
Ahmose's mummy was discovered in 1881 within the Deir el-Bahri Cache , located in the hills directly above the Mortuary Temple of Hatshepsut. his body was 1.63 m in height, and
The mummy had a small face with no defining features, though he had slightly prominent front teeth. The mummy is now in the Luxor Museum .
